Making an appointment
We understand that cancellation of appointments will arise from time to time, but ask that you respect that payment from these appointments is how therapists maintain their livelihood. In order to refill the allocated appointment time, we require 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Less than 24 hours notice will result in the full fee payable to ensure that we can continue to run our clinic in a professional manner.
