Why have a massage?
Regular massages keep your body balanced and in harmony physically, mentally and emotionally.
When the body is not functioning at its optimum level, or you have a specific problem the rest of the body will be affected in some way.
Massage stimulates the circulation of blood and lymphatic fluids, aids the removal of waste products and toxins and improves the supply of nutrients throughout the body.
Massage also relieves aches and pains, aids digestion, removes blockages, promotes wellbeing, increases energy flow and enhances clarity of mind.
Treatments Available
Relaxation Massage - light to medium pressure full body massage to relax and rebalance you.
Therapeutic Massage / Deep tissue - firm pressure targeting specific areas of pain and discomfort.
Sports Massage - firm pressure incorporates stretching and releasing tension from frequently and forcefully used muscles.
Remedial Massage - is used to treat specific musculoskeletal problems & injury. (Health fund rebates available)
Pre & postnatal Massage - specialised care pre and post birth. During pregnancy, massage can assist with fatigue, fluid retention, headache, backache, sore legs and feet. Postnatal it helps speed up the recovery and healing process. Our therapists use a pregnancy safe blend of oils and are trained in the physiological changes that occur during and after pregnancy.
Reiki & Crystal Healing - this energy technique also known as hands on healing, cleanses and balances the chakras and aura. It is great for clarity of heart and mind and balancing the physical, emotional and mental bodies.
How do I know what style to choose?
There is no need to decide over the phone, upon arrival your therapist will conduct a brief medical history and plan the treatment in conjunction with you. If you require health fund rebates please advise at the time you make your booking.

Senior Therapists
Our team of senior therapists consists of extensively experienced massage therapists and health professionals. Currently every member of our senior team has a minimum of 16 years clinical experience.

Graduate Therapists
All new members of our team undertake our graduate program. These carefully selected therapists are graduates of professional massage training and work under the guidance of our senior therapists.

Corporate & Event Massage - This is perfect for the office, conference, product launch or any similar event. This fully clothed 15 minute massage is performed on a custom-built massage chair, with no oil! Ask us for more information.
